Make your ideas come to life

Some of the best things that Empower has to offer have come directly from you, our community.

From programs and events to new resources, groups, and roles, so much of what makes Empower special grows from the skills, passions, and ideas that members of our community bring with them.

We have created an initiative based on your feedback and our desire to give our community a supported path to exploring what’s possible with Empower SCI and beyond.

Introducing the Empower SCI Community Proposal Initiative.

This is an opportunity for members of the Empower community to bring forward ideas for what you would like to create, lead, explore, or contribute.

Your idea might be:
• a program, activity, or event
• a peer-led group or community initiative
• a workshop, training, or resource
• an advocacy, research, or advisory project
• a new role or leadership opportunity
• a partnership or pathway
• or something we haven’t thought of yet.

The Proposal Initiative is designed to help you cultivate the seed of your idea into a proposal submission – to provide mentorship, support, and a process for exploring what they could become.  Bring what you know, what you love, and what you want to build. We can’t wait to see what comes next.

Learn more about the Community Proposal Pathway and submit an idea through the link above.
